1. Data Processing and Ephemeral Storage

Nexus AI ATS utilizes a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) architecture. Resumes uploaded to this platform are processed ephemerally. Files are temporarily stored in server memory for extraction and are permanently deleted via automated background tasks immediately upon archive generation.

2. API Key Security

Your Google Gemini API key is stored exclusively in your browser's local sessionStorage. It is never written to a database, tracked by analytics, or retained on our backend servers.

3. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We do not collect, sell, or monitor the candidate data present in the resumes you upload. The data transmission between our server and the Google Gemini API is encrypted end-to-end via HTTPS. Because we do not run a traditional database architecture, you retain absolute data sovereignty.
